Cottages for 8-36 people
Stay Northumbria have a number of properties which are co-located one selection Beadnell, and one selection in Seahosues, and which together will accommodate up to 36 people (depending on location). One of the main problems when organising accommodation for larger groups is ensuring the there are facilities for everyone to get together to dine. In order to make this easier for you Stay Northumbria has an exclusive arrangement with local hostelries in Beadnell - The Craster Arms, and in Seahouses (location to be confirmed), where the proprietors have agreed to make available special menus, specific dining areas for your group, and at certain times of the year may also offer discounts.

The following are the ideal combination of properties but if you wish to pick and mix, we are happy to discuss alternatives.
Vicarage/Haven sleep up to 14
The Old Vicarage sleeps up to 10 and accepts 1 well behaved pet and children over 10
together with
The Haven sleeps 4 and accepts pets and children.
Seacot/Holmeside - sleep up to 19 - Add 2 The Paddock for a further 6
Seacot sleeps up to 10 and accepts pets - has access to the beach from the back gate
Holmeside sleeps up to 9 and accepts pets
2 The Paddock - sleeps 6 - detached cottage with access to the beach across the lane, accepts pets.
Seacot & 2 the Paddock are about 50 yards apart and these are approx 10 minutes walk from Holmeside.
Beadnell House and grounds - sleeping up to 30 people
The following properties can be booked in any combination The Bothy Beadnell - sleeps 6 - single storey cottage with own courtyard accepts pets
Taylors Apartment - sleeps up to 5 - 1st floor accepts pets.
The Penthouse - sleeps 4 - 2nd floor - children must be 10+ - no pets. Large lounge and dining area by arrangement could accommodate up to 10 to dine.
St. Ebbas Peep - a 2 storey cottage sleeps up to 6 and accepts pets.
Coble Cottage - a 2 storey cottage sleeps up to 9 - no pets.
The Seahouses Collection
Whilst Hastings House can offer dining accommodation for up to 16, by arrangement we can organise dining facilities for larger numbers at a local hostelry
Hastings House - 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (bedrooms twin or super king by arrangement) Sleeps up to 11 - hot tub, accepts pets. - Can accommodate up to 16 to dine by arrangement.
Poachers Retreat - 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (bedrooms twin or super king b arrangement) Sleeps 6. Free dogs, Log Burner.
Hastings Cottage - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2 doubles and a twin) Sleeps 6. Accepts Pets, Log Burner.
Railston Cottage - 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Sleeps 6 no pets.
These 4 properties are within a few hundred yards of each other, Hastings House and Poachers have a gateway through their adjoining gardens.

Sunshine House - 5 bedrooms sleeps 10, accepts pets
The Spindlestone Collection - Sleep up to 36 in one venue
Spindlestone is a small hamlet centred around the Waren Burn upon which stands Spindlestone Mill. The Refurbished Mill Development - Spindlestone Mill comprising Millkeepers Cottage - a semi detached 3 storey house with its own private outside space, and 4 apartments within the mill building itself. Throughout the building features such as original beams and openings have been retained and the design of the properties are complimented by use of wooden floors, quality furnishings and appliances and the thought that owners Amanda and William have put into this prestigious self catering holiday home portfolio. Dogs are welcome at the Cottage and in the Wheel Rooms. There is Wi-fi throughout and off road parking.
Millkeepers Cottage - a 5 bedroomed 3 bathroomed house sleeping up to 10 people, a great cottage to gather together, specially round the cosy log burner, Wi-fi, Log Burner and accepts dogs.
The Millers Loft - is set within the roof space of the Mill, a very spacious 2 bedroomed apartment which is light and airy with its own outside space by way of a balcony, with raftered open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The Grain Rooms - set on the 2nd floor is a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment again with outside space on balconies, very large lounge area, dining area and kitchen, and 3 bathrooms
The Gearings - on the 1st floor is a 3 bedroom apartment similar in size to the Grain Rooms. Whilst The Gearings accommodates up to 6 people, it has a large dining space which can seat up to 12 people, so if booking the Grain Rooms and Gearings together for 12 people, you will all be able to dine all together in the Gearings if you wish
On the Ground Floor -
The Wheel Rooms - to the front of the mill building, this is a very spacious 5 bedroom property sleeping 9/10, with its huge open plan dining lounge area "The Conservatory". This room is integral to the Wheel Rooms. This brings with it the benefit that when booking a number of properties together, by incorporating the Wheel Rooms apartment into your booking, its conservatory is an ideal area for the whole group to gather and dine together.
