Booking a Stay Northumbria self-catering holiday cottage, house or apartment couldn't be easier.
If you are new to the world of on-line holiday cottage booking don't worry as our step by step guide is here to help!
on a property page, or if you are checking availability, click check availability / book online button
1) Select the property you are interested in from the drop down menu.
2) Select the month that you would like to commence your break and press go
3) Follow the instructions to check if the dates you require are available.
4) The tariff for 7 night break is in the box on the right, if you require a week tick the relevant box to be taken to the on line booking page for your selected date.
5) If you require a short break, where these are available a £ sign is positioned on the start date i.e. usually a Monday or a Friday, hover your mouse over the £ sign to display the details of a short break and its price. If you wish to proceed click the box.
6) Then follow the online instructions to make your booking
7) If no price is showing, it may be that the property only starts booking on certain days/dates, but your choice may be available by telephoning us on 01665 721380.
6) Some special offers and variations may not be bookable online so If you do wish to check availability with us in person or wish to book a special offer, outside of the start dates on the system, or for longer than than 7 nights please just give us a ring on 01665 721380. We try to be flexible wherever possible.
7) Some properties require a good housekeeping bond to be lodged, this will be displayed in the property details. When we confirm your booking you will be required to either lodge a credit/debit card detail with us or to lodge a cheque with us.
