At Stay Northumbria we don't just know our business, we live it. The principals and staff have all worked and lived in the area for over 10 years, and together the team has over 60 years in the travel and tourism industry, so when it comes to holiday properties we really know our stuff.

As a comparatively new company having been established in 2005, Stay Northumbria offers a professional personal service dedicated to owners and guests. 

Living in the area we love, we firmly believe, gives us a crucial edge on many of our competitors. We know where and what to recommend, what's going on, what's open and when, how to get from A to B and many of the people running the local businesses you and your guests need to be in touch, have a similar ethos to ours, what the customer wants we will do our level best to provide.

Whether you're a property owner considering holiday rentals or you are looking for a property as a rental investment, the Stay Northumbria team will be delighted to help, here's how.....

 

The service that we offer our owners is nothing if not flexible. Whether you require a letting only service to handle bookings, administration & finance, or require us to run and fully manage your property for you too, that's great by us.

It is after all your property and how you wish to use it or run it is entirely up to you. We don't demand xx number of weeks at peak time, we don't charge you commissions on weeks that you use yourself. We don't even mind if you want to do a few friends and family lets in the property yourselves as well, although if you use another commercial agent our fees will be slightly higher to cover liaison costs, but we're happy to provide this service too.

When you choose Stay Northumbria to look after your business, we make sure we know your property - intimately - Before we market your property, everyone who works for us, who liaises with potential guests, will have visited your property, they'll have looked in your cupboards, drawers and behind the shower curtain to find out just what makes your house tick.

So we can be confident, that when a customer throws a "curved ball question", our staff can confidently provide an answer....and believe me people ask the strangest things!
