A Stable new to our stable

Just across the road from Stay Northumbria HQ is this lovely barn conversion. The Stable was exactly that, one of the stable buildings when Westfield was a working farm, owners Caroline and Bryan have made a lovely job of retaining a number of the characterful features like the fantastic beams in the vaulted lounge ceiling, the thick stone walls, and the 3 arched windows at the front of the property give this open plan living space a lively light and airy feel.  This is a cottage for 2, with literally acres of space and two bathrooms. A wood burning stove and cosy underfloor heating for comfortable autumn and winter breaks. In the summer wander down the lane just a mile to the fantastic beaches for which this area is renowned, to while away the summer days walking bare foot in the sand or spending spring boat trips to the Farnes to see the newly hatched birdlife.
