**Brand new to the holiday letting market for 2017 , and under new ownership.**

Large traditional detached farmhouse situated on Holy Island. A holiday home with a difference - there is something ethereal about being "stranded" on an island. So when you are on the island you'll find quite a bit to do. The Priory, the small independent shops, the Lindisfarne Mead distillery, two pubs which both serve food, a handful of cafes, a post office store, and Pilgrims Coffee Roasting Yurt , there are many walks around and across the island, and the area is a mecca for wildlife lovers, photographers and dark skies enthusiasts. Note that during 2017 the castle is closed for major renovations, but stands proud at the end of the Castle Walk overlooking the sound between the island and the mainland at Ross Sands.
