    A wonderful apartment in this stunning development at Spindlestone Mill, a mile from the sea, and 2.5 miles from Bamburgh with its glorious castle standing watch over expansive beaches to the north and south. A stone holiday home, the top floor of the original mill building with spacious accommodation including a balcony overlooking the Waren Burn, the original mill race. 1 bedroom allows for a choice of Super King double bed or 2 x 3' single beds, and the 2nd bedroom has a standard king size bed. 1 bedroom has ensuite shower room and there is a separate bathroom with bath with shower over.
    The apartment is extremely well furnished and equipped with open plan kitchen/ dining and lounge area, the bedrooms are carpeted throughout, and bathrooms have pebble effect floors. An ideal property for couples or individual travellers holidaying together. The Loft can be booked along with other Spindlestone properties for larger gatherings.
    Whilst dogs are not accept in Millers Loft, they are in other of the Spindlestone properties.

    • Millers Loft accepts short breaks : usually Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday - 1-3 nights @ 75% of weekly rate, 4 & 5 nights @ 80% of weekly rate.
    • Millers Loft can be booked in conjunction with other properties at Spindlestone Mill catering for up to 36 people.
    • Dogs are not accepted at Millers Loft
    • Millers Loft requires a £250 Good Housekeeping Bond to be lodged for the duration of your stay.
    • Note this property is adjacent to the Waren Burn so children should be supervised in this area at all times.

    Spindlestone Mill is nestled in the tiny hamlet of Spindlestone. As its name suggests it has been a working mill and as such is adjacent to the Waren Burn the original "mill race", and offers the opportunity to catch a glimpse of a huge range of wildlife and birds whilst being only a mile walk along a quiet lane to the well vantaged birdwatching habitat of Budle Bay.

    "A fabulous week at Spindlestone Mill. Our family really enjoyed our holiday in Northumberland and our stay in the very spacious appartment at Spindlestone Mill was much more than we expected. Comfortable beds, large settees, tastefully decorated, great showers, the owners on hand and very welcoming and helpful, v quiet location, few minutes drive from sea. Our family was very comfortable there. The only reason I downgraded the location from excellant to good was that we were actually looking for a place on the coast and this was a second choice."

    "Apartment is stunning. Big open plan kitchen and living room. Main bedroom has ensuite and balcony. All fixtures, fittings facilities are top class and in like new condition. Great place to relax in Is 3 miles drive from lovely Bamburgh. There is a supermarket and pubs a couple of miles away in Belford. Near to the A1 road to Alnwick, Berwick, Newcastle etc. Only downside is there is nothing within reasonable walking distance so you need to drive everywhere.G Glen"
