The apartment is extremely well furnished and equipped with open plan kitchen/ dining and lounge area, the bedrooms are carpeted throughout, and bathrooms have pebble effect floors. An ideal property for couples or individual travellers holidaying together. The Loft can be booked along with other Spindlestone properties for larger gatherings.
Whilst dogs are not accept in Millers Loft, they are in other of the Spindlestone properties.

Special notes and Conditions:
- Millers Loft accepts short breaks : usually Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday - 1-3 nights @ 75% of weekly rate, 4 & 5 nights @ 80% of weekly rate.
- Millers Loft can be booked in conjunction with other properties at Spindlestone Mill catering for up to 36 people. To enable larger groups to dine together, The Wheel Rooms on the ground floor of the mill offers a very large glassed area providing dining facilities when it is booked in conjunction with other properties in the Mill. This facility will be available for bookings with arrivals from Easter 2012.
- Millkeeprs Cottage is available from Christmas 2011, The Grain Rooms sleeping 6 and Millers Loft will also be ready for occupation for February half term 2012 (10th February), and all properties will be operational for bookings Easter 2012 (6th April) onwards.
- Dogs are not accepted at Millers Loft however, well behaved pets welcomed by arrangement £20 per pet per week or part thereof in Millkeepers Cottage and the Wheelrooms.
- Millers Loft requires a £250 Good Housekeeping Bond to be lodged for the duration of your stay. See our terms and conditions.
- Low occupancy discounts may apply at certain times of the year for 1 bedroom occupation i.e. up to 2 persons, excludes all periods of school, and bank holidays and applies to 7 night bookings only.
- Note this property is adjacent to the Waren Burn so children should be supervised in this area at all times.
Spindlestone Mill is nestled in the tiny hamlet of Spindlestone. As its name suggests it has been a working mill and as such is adjacent to the Waren Burn the original "mill race", and offers the opportunity to catch a glimpse of a huge range of wildlife and birds whilst being only a mile walk along a quiet lane to the well vantaged birdwatching habitat of Budle Bay.
