| Our first trip back to Northumberland for over 20 years. Cottage suited our needs and the welcome pack was a lovely treat. We walked several legs of the Northumbrian Coastal path - Fenwick to Belford : Belford to Seahouses and Seahouses to Craster. Fabulous weather and stunning scenery. Also visited Holy Island (and walked all the way round) Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh Castles and Berwick where we walked round the walls. We will return and complete the coastal path. |

Thanks to Jackie, Neil and Sue and the rest of the staff for making our holiday very stress free the small details i.e. welcome pack and other small things make it personal. The weather has been good and has allowed us to enjoy the beautiful country and coast line in and around Seahouses. Hopefully we will be back again next year. Many thanks to all concerned. |

| We've had a fantastic stay, a lovely cottage, in a great location, perfect for out two dogs and the weather was not unkind. We recommend walking to the beach overlooking the bay near the caravan for finding a suitable place to sit with a bottle of wine or something fizzy ( we added the 4 champagne flutes to the cottage supply - £2.50 from the charity shop!) with a pack lunch box with smoked salmon slices, Philadelphia rolled up and cut into mini roullades with a lemon squeezed over them and black pepper - absolutely delicious. |

| No4 has everything we needed or could have wished for and more! Even without a sea view its only two minutes to a bench gor evening wine + nibbles watching Farne boats returning.
The Farne Islands Tour and Landing was magical. We were lucky in the weather and timing to see so much seabird life at such close quarters. For nervous sailors the brand new Serenity Two is recommended.
A visit to the Alnwick Garden its a must - its horticulture on steroids.
Our culinary discovery was at Blacketts of Bamburgh - the Swallow of Seahouses Smokie Salmon with NZ Sauvignon Blanc was a perfect and memorable combination.
Although this is the fourth visit to Northumbria we plan to be back later in the year.
Many Thanks for a wonderful stay.
