PMS Coordinator. Based in Seahouses, Northumberland.

Full time (37.5 hours/week).

Role summary

The PMS Coordinator is an exciting role, essential to the effective delivery of our Property Management Services offering.

You will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the PMS offering, including:

  • Managing the coordination and arrangement of property services
  • Facilitating the delivery of services through the field based team and external suppliers

Through diligent planning and effective management of relationships with colleagues and suppliers the job holder is responsible for making sure that services are delivered in a way which:

  • Meets homeowner and guest expectations
  • Supports the recruitment and retention of properties
  • Aligns with agreed company best practice, processes and procedures
  • Achieves expected performance and KPIs
  • Uses resources in the most cost effective and efficient way

Homeowner Services Assistant Based in Seahouses, Northumberland.

0.8 FTE (4 days, 30 hours/week).

Role summary

This role provides key administrative support and delivers great customer service to our homeowners as they take steps into the holiday letting business and support work aimed at retaining existing Homeowners and their properties.

Regional Imagery Manager Based in Whitby or Seahouses.

Full time (37.5 hours/week). 

Role summary

We are looking for a passionate, creative and organized individual who will lead on imagery within their specified region. The Regional Imagery Manager will join the Imagery team alongside the other regional imagery managers reporting directly to the Head of Imagery and will focus on improving the quality of the property photography portfolio inline with the TOCC Photography Standards and Brand Guidelines, ensure our lifestyle, landscape and area imagery are of good quality and being used in the best way on our websites and other marketing materials.

You will be competitive and hungry to develop your skills and will be in constant communication with the rest of the imagery team and other regional photographers to gain knowledge and share skills etc. You will be expected to undertake the majority of photoshoots with support as required from other trained photography staff within the region as and when their time allows. With training, you will also be asked to help develop their photography skills.

This role requires intelligent planning and organisation to be as efficient and effective as possible. You will be supported by the imagery team with training and assistance as required. This is a desirable, enjoyable and rewarding role for the right person.
