Aryarch is a traditional stone cottage set in a pretty cottage garden, in the picturesque village of Eglingham, near the market town of Alnwick. The gated south facing garden is a sheltered sun spot with patio furniture for relaxing on a summer’s evening. There are numerous footpaths, bridleways and invigorating cycle routes radiating from the village and an award winning pub and restaurant a minute's walk away. Shop: 4.2 miles Pub: 50 metres

Aryarch is a self catering accommodation for up to 6 people in the quiet Hamlet of Eglingham

Arrival and Parking
Arrival time is 16.00. The keys are is in the key safe which is located on the outside of the porch opposite the front door. The key box height is 5ft. The code will be sent separately by the cottage company. There is a private gated gravelled driveway with space for two cars. There is a gravelled pathway to the front door from the driveway. The path is approx 5 feet wide.

Main Entrance
Front door is 28 ins wide and is accessed via two steps 5" and 6" respectively and accesses the porch, which holds a fixed wooden bench for boot/ shoe changing. The keyhole height is 3ft. The lockable door into the lounge from the porch way is 28" wide.

The lounge floor is carpeted, the internal doors are 28" and the furniture is moveable. The tv and dvd are fixed.

Downstairs Bedroom
The doorway is 28" wide. The bed is king size and the storage furniture is fixed.

En Suite
The doorway is 28". The floor is tiled. Shower is over the jacuzzi bath. There are no handrails on the bath or by the WC.

The kitchen is tiled and the worktops and cooker height are 3 ft . Crockery stored high and low. Glasses stored high.

The utility door is approximately 22" wide. The fridge and freezer are freestanding and open towards you. The floor is tiled.

Dining Room
The dining room is tiled and the double doors from the kitchen are 40" wide. The shelving unit is fixed. The French doors to the side seating area is 48" wide.

Access to the upper floor is via a carpeted stairway from the lounge . The stairway has a handrail, is 3 ft wide and there are 12 steps. The landing is carpeted.

Bedroom 2
The doorway is 26"wide. The bed is kingsize, the bedside tables and chest of drawers are fixed. The floor is carpeted.

Bedroom 3
The doorway is 26", The single beds are 3ft and the bedside cabinets are fixed. The floor is carpeted.

The bath is roll top with shower attachment. The sink height is 3ft. The are no handrails.

Outdoor Facilities
There is a seating area with bbq and chiminea outside the dining room accessible from the cottage via the French doors. There is a table and 4 chairs and a glass top (take care) coffee table with 2 chairs. The
gateway to the drive is 27" wide, there is a bolt on the inside the inside and there is a 5" step down to the drive. At the front of the downstairs bedroom along the patio there is a further seating area with a glass
topped (take care) dining table and 6 chairs.

Local Amenities
There is a Church 100 yds away across the road. The entrance is down the lane opposite the lane to the Community Field which is 25 yards east of the cottage driveway. The community field has a tennis court and equipment is available in the hut for use. The community appreciate a small donation for use to contribute to the running costs. There is a gastropub 100 yards east of the cottage on the other side of the road. There is a Community Centre 300yds east of the cottage on the same side of the road. The post box is at the entrance to the Community Centre. The nearest shopping (Londis) and fuel for motors and logs for the fire is at Hedgeley Services atvPowburn NE66 4HU, 4.2 miles away.
