Description

This end of terrace traditional stone house in central Bamburgh on the Northumberland coast sleeps 7 people. The cottage has a lounge with open fire, snug, dining kitchen, 3 bedrooms and outside there is a private enclosed front garden as well as an enclosed rear courtyard. From the door it is a few minutes walk from Bamburgh Castle and the beaches, as well as all the village amenities - pubs and restaurants, award-winning butcher, Grace Darling Museum and golf course. The Hollies benefits from wi-fi, Sky TV and accepts 2 well behaved dogs.

The cottage is in an ideal location for exploring Northumberland's other attractions - just 3 miles from access to the Farne Islands, 20 minute drive to Lindisfarne Holy Island. Alnwick Castle and Garden are 15 miles south, Wooler, the Cheviot Hills and the Northumberland National Park are about a 30 minute drive away.

Bringing your dog on holiday to The Hollies

The Hollies welcomes well-behaved dogs (up to 2 medium) free of charge. When you book you will be asked to provide some information about your pet which will aid the owner in ensuring that the property is set up to welcome them.

A K9 welcome pack is provided: dog bowls, towel, a few treats & an initial starter of poo bags.

A bit of K9 etiquette should be observed during your stay:-

  • Your pet should not be left in the property unattended (unless crated - crates can be hired)
  • Your pet should not be allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture
  • On booking for your pet, you are confirming that it is fully up to date on its flea treatment.
