Manor House is a fantastic large property sleeping up to 10 guests in the small village of Fenwick, just a few minutes from the A1. The coast and the Holy Island of Lindisfarne is a short drive away. This charming six bedroom holiday home over 3 floors is set on a raised position.

Entrance and cloakroom

A sweeping set of steps leads to the front elevated garden with the entrance porch opening into the house. The porch provides an area to kick off the outdoor shoes etc before entering the property.
The cloakroom is situated at the rear of the property and provides a toilet and handwash basin, and area to hang coats.

Kitchen and Utility

The kitchen at the Manor House is well thought out and equipped with all modern conveniences

The large lounge has a lovely front facing bay window and has a combination of sofas and individual chairs with room to bring more from the ktichen alcove if required. Wood effect flooring, a log burner, smart TV a great room to gather, chat, watch TV, listen to music or amuse yourselves planning the next day's activities.

To the front is a larged paved and decked area with a hot tub (additional charge of £195 for use of the Hot Tub.) The garden borders are well laid out with tall hedging and incorporating some flowering shrubbery.

To the rear is a small patio area which gets afternoon and evening sun, this leads into an unfenced communal grassed area which is shared with neighbouring properties and leads to the storage building which can be used to store cycles and leisure gear.

Parking is on road, to the front of the property for 3/4 cars.

Children's Facilities

Manor House welcomes well behaved children.
Provisions include

  • Stair gate - note that the stair gate must be fixed on the top of the first short flight of stairs, we are unable to satisfactorily secure a stairgate at groundfloor level, so parents need to be aware.
  • Childrens plates and cutlery

  • One of the bedrooms may have a supplementary bed added making it a family room on request.

Bringing your dog on holiday to The Manor House

The Manor House welcomes well-behaved dogs (up to 2) @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. When you book you will be asked to provide some information about your pet which will aid the owner in ensuring that the property is set up to welcome them.

A K9 welcome pack is provided: dog bowls, towel, a few treats & an initial starter supply of poo bags.

A bit of K9 etiquette should be observed during your stay:-

  • Your pet should not be left in the property unattended (unless in a crate)
  • Your pet should not be allowed anywhere other than the ground floor and most definitely not on furniture
  • On booking for your pet, you are confirming that it is fully up to date on its flea treatment.

Special Notes and Conditions

The newly refurbished Manor House is laid out over 3 floors, and is situated in a raised position above the main road in Fenwick. The property has stairs both outside and inside.
Well behaved children & up to two well behaved dogs are welcome - charges for dogs apply see booking details.
Whilst we encourage a gathering of friends or families, we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours.
All breakages must be paid for.
Use of the hot tub is at an additional £195 per booking. If you would like use of the hot tub, please specify this at the time of booking.
