Nestled in the dunes below the magnificent Bamburgh Castle, Norcot Cottage is ideally situated for family and friends wishing to have a beachside holiday in the most enviable of locations. After a day of exploring Bamburgh’s pristine beach, stroll back through the dunes to come together and enjoy some alfresco dining on the generous lawn under the watchful eye of the imposing castle. Sleeping up to nine guests, with two reception rooms, Norcot Cottage is perfect for guests seeking the ideal outdoor coastal holiday.

Take a short walk to Bamburgh Village which has a fantastic choice of quaint shops and cosy cafes as well as several pubs and restaurants for evening entertainment.

Accommodation: A semi-detached, one-story cottage with three bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, and one bathroom. 

Entrance hall: Generous hall with space for outdoor coats and shoes.

Sitting/dining room: room a traditional cosy sitting room with open fire, terracotta flooring, comfortable seating, and dining table. Please note the fire is currently not in use. 

TV lounge: with comfortable seating, coffee table, and Smart TV. Access to bedroom 1.

Kitchen: modern fitted units with electric oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. 

Utility: with washer/dryer

Family bathroom: walk-in shower, washbasin, vanity unit, and WC

Bedroom 1: sleeps up to two guests with a kingsize bed, hanging rail, occasional chair, bedside tables, and reading lamps.

Bedroom 2: sleeps up to four guests, with two double beds, hanging rail, occasional chair, side tables, and reading lamps.

Bedroom 3: sleeps up to three guests, bunks beds with a lower double and the upper being a single, clothing rail, occasional chair, side table, and reading lamp.

Exterior courtyard: enclosed and sheltered yard, ideal for storing outdoor equipment. Seating and outside WC.

Garden: large enclosed lawn with castle views. Double gates to allow ample private parking.

Heating: LPG Gas Central Heating, open fire
