Newly refurbished to a very high standard, Bamburgh Dunes offers ground floor accommodation for up to 4 guests and is perfect for those seeking a holiday on Northumberland’s Heritage Coast. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.5 miles. 

Stroll along to Bamburgh Village which has a fantastic choice of quaint shops and cosy cafes as well as several pubs and restaurants for evening entertainment.

Property: double fronted detached bungalow offering ground floor accommodation. 

Entrance porch and central hallway: with area to hang outdoor coats and shoes.

Open plan living, dining, and kitchen space:

Lounge area: A bright and spacious lounge with a feature bay window settle and plantation blinds offering views towards the dunes. Comfortable seating, wall-mounted Smart TV, feature electric stove, side tables, and cosy lighting. Dining table and seating.

Kitchen: with glazed doors to rear the garden: Modern fitted kitchen units with electric oven, induction hob, fridge- freezer, dishwasher,  microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the garage. Ironing board and iron supplied. 

Master bedroom: to the rear of the property with French doors to garden: king-size bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, built-in wardrobes, shelving, side tables, reading lamps, and hairdryer.  

Ensuite: fully tiled with large walk-in shower, double-ended bath, hand basin with vanity unit, WC, underfloor heating, and heated towel rail.

Twin bedroom: to the front of the property with views towards the sand dunes. Twin beds, wall-mounted Smart TV, wardrobe, dressing table, side tables, reading lamps, and hairdryer.

Family bathroom: fully tiled with walk-in wet room style rain shower, hand basin with vanity unit, storage unit, WC, underfloor heating, and heated towel rail.

Garage: utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, generous space for storing outdoor equipment.

Outside areas: West facing enclosed sunny back garden with outside lighting, powerpoint, and garden furniture.  

Parking: paved driveway parking for up to 2 cars. There is also roadside parking available in front of the property and a public paying carpark adjacent.

Heating: gas central heating throughout, underfloor heating in bathrooms, feature electric woodburning stove. 

Pets: One well-behaved pet welcome at £25.00 per week or part thereof. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the property or allow on furniture.

Location

One of the most visited and beautiful places on the Northumberland coast is the sandy dunes of Bamburgh beach. On one side stands the famous castle and on the other, the dramatic Farne Islands where over 23 different varieties of birds can be spotted. The islands are also home to the largest colony of grey or Atlantic seals with around 1,000 pups being born each autumn.

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Bamburgh beach is a great place to sit and watch kite surfers, spend time with the family, walk the dog or go horse riding along the miles of shoreline. From here you can also admire the views of Holy Island, a wildlife of haven with it being home to a natural nature reserve. This small island is well worth a visit to spot numerous rare birds and sample a fresh crab sandwich, a Northumberland speciality.
