Description

This most comfortable and spacious property is situated in the centre of Belford, a traditional Northumbrian village. It benefits from easy access to the numerous attractions of the Heritage Coast. Holy Island, famous for its early Christian settlement can be reached at low tide by the causeway. The Farne Islands with their wealth of bird life and colony of grey seals can be reached by boat from Seahouses, whilst Bamburgh Castle and several superb beaches, are just a few minutes drive. 10 miles inland is Chillingham Castle and the unique herd of wild white cattle enclosed within the estate in the 12th century. Local amenities such as pubs, a hotel/restaurant, shops and a golf course are within easy walking distance. Several other golf courses nearby, also fishing and horse riding locally, as well as rock face bouldering in the village. An excellent base for a family holiday.
