Beadnell House, previously a hotel, has been tastefully converted into five exclusive apartments.
Taylors is situated on the 1st floor overlooking the garden and Church, has 2 designated car parking spaces within the grounds, is centrally heated, and exudes the qualities of this beautiful building. Now has wi-fi throughout.
This apartment can be rented individually or a group of up to 9 can rent Taylors and the Penthouse together.
For the 9th year running, Taylors has achieved the highest accolade from Visit Britain, being assessed to 5* Gold Award standard. The apartment sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms and accepts children. 1 well behaved pet welcome by arrangement.

Beadnell has a choice of village pubs, hotel and restaurant, and shop, so no need to drive for an evening out!

A boat trip to the Farne Islands from Seahouses Harbour, just a mile or so north, is a must for anyone interested in birds and castles abound both north and south. In Beadnell you will find beaches in both directions and a small harbour - popular with divers and sailors. A haven for both young and old.

Bringing Your Dog on Holiday to Taylors Apartment

Taylors Apartment welcomes well behaved dogs (up to 2) @ £25 per dog per week or part thereof. When you book you will be asked to provide some information about your pet which will aide the owner in ensuring that the property is set up to welcome them.

A bit of K9 etiquette should be observed during your stay:-

  • Your pet should not be left in the property unattended (unless crated - crates can be hired)
  • Your pet should not be allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture
  • On booking for your pet, you are confirming that it is fully up to date on its flea treatment.

The following can be hired:

  • Dog duvet
  • Plastic dog bed
  • Dog crate medium
  • Dog crate large

Notes and Conditions:

  • Dogs are accepted @ £25 each per week (up to 2 medium), they must not be left alone in the property unless crated.
  • Cot and high chair are not provided at the property but can be hired on a first come first served basis on booking.


Property was excellent, never stayed anywhere in Northumberland before where I have loved everything about the property. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including the K9 Snacks. Thank you.

This is a beautiful apartment, which was well stocked with everything we needed and we had a very comfortable week. We will definitely book again if going to Beadnell. The area of Beadnell in Northumberland is very beautiful and unspoilt. There are lots of walks and beaches on your doorstep. This area is a haven for dog-owners as there are lots of dog-friendly pubs etc. This was the first time we used Stay Northumbria and the lady who booked our holiday was very helpful and professional. We managed to negotiate a slight discount by ringing up.

The property is within the prestigious Beadnell House and is less than half a mile from the glorious beaches - southwards the sweeping Beadnell Bay and northwards the extensive beaches leading to Bamburgh Castle and beyond.
Within easy reach of Alnwick, inland the Cheviot Hills and northward the border town of Berwick upon Tweed.
Nearest Rail Station - Chathill (very limited service from Newcastle), main line Alnmouth.
