The Fisherman’s Rest stands in one of the most enviable positions overlooking the harbour in Seahouses with a spectacular backdrop of The Farne Islands and on the horizon is the magnificent Bamburgh Castle. Whether you stay during the summer and watch the world go by from the large picture windows that opens from floor to ceiling or are relaxing on the sofa in the winter months, protected by the efficient double glazing, this ever changing panorama will have you permanently amazed at the views. An immaculately presented property with a contemporary style comes with a high standard of furnishing and means you will enjoy the accommodation at a level second to none.

All village amenities such as shops, cafes, restaurants and public houses are just a short walk away from the property. The location is ideal for touring the region with the historic market town of Alnwick noted for the fabulous gardens created by the Duchess of Northumberland and the Castle, well worth a visit for any Harry Potter fans young or old. The Castle was transformed in the Harry Potter films into Hogwarts School. Take a drive inland along quiet roads to Wooler and the Cheviot Hills where you can take your pick from countless walks suitable for all abilities. Stroll along a scenic walk and picnic beside the College Burn or for the more energetic take a hike across the hills and moors.
