Description

Eden Vale, tucked away down a quiet lane, is a mid-terraced house close to the centre of Seahouses, providing good quality holiday accommodation. It is situated close to the harbour and beach, and Seahouses village offers a great range of amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. It also boasts a games room perfect for keeping the whole party entertained, with a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table.

It is an ideal location from which to explore the many historical sites scattered throughout Northumberland, and the beautiful Heritage Coast with its clean, sandy beaches. In the summer, boat trips from Seahouses Harbour take visitors to the Farne Islands to see the grey seal and seabird colonies. Shop: 0.1 miles Pub: 0.2 miles.

Bedroom 1: King size bed and Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: twin beds.

Bedroom 3: Single bed. SEGA Mega Drive with 40 inbuilt games, 2 controllers and TV monitor (no TV access).

Bathroom: Bath, over bath electric shower, WC and washbasin.

Second floor:

Games room with pool table, air hockey table and football table.

 

Garden: Large naturally paved enclosed back yard with charcoal barbecue and outdoor furniture. Small front garden with garden bench which catches the sun all day (not enclosed).

Parking: Off road parking for 1 car.

Heating: Oil central heating.

Also provided: WiFi. Linen and towels. Initial supply of logs. Hairdryer. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate on request.

Pets: 3 dogs welcome at £25 per pet per week or part thereof.

Notes: Mobile signal - strong. This is a no smoking property.  £150 discount off a full week when up to 2 guests stay using 1 bedroom on certain off peak specific dates.
