Description

Beadnell House, previously a hotel, has been tastefully converted into 5 exclusive apartments, in the heart of the coastal village of Beadnell. One of which is Ebbe Retreat, offering splendid ground floor accommodation for up to 4 guests. It is tastefully furnished and has retained many of its original features, such as its fireplace and ornate doorway. Shop: 0.3 miles Pub: 0.1 miles

This beautiful Georgian mansion is only a few minutes’ walk to Beadnell’s sandy beach and delightful harbour with a sandy bay and rocky coves below. Beadnell is a popular holiday destination for walkers and beach strollers with its relaxed atmosphere, village shop and choice of pubs offering bar and restaurant meals. It is also popular with divers and water sport enthusiasts, exploring the offshore wrecks.

There is a coastal footpath linking Beadnell with Alnmouth and the beautiful Heritage Coastline to the south, or Seahouses and Bamburgh to the north. Nearby in Seahouses, visitors can take memorable boat trips from the Harbour to see the Farne Islands and colonies of puffins and grey seals.
