Here you can take your pick from countless walks suitable for all abilities such a gentle stroll and a picnic beside the College Burn or for the more energetic, a hike across the hills and moors.

Stairs leading to - Open plan style with kitchen/dining and lounge area with Juliet balcony, wooden floors, Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, ipod dock and some of the best views around. Kitchen has electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
