Reviews

“A lovely cottage, perfectly positioned to explore and enjoy both Beadnell and the wonderful Northumberland coast. The beauty and the peacefulness of the area are a joy. This was out fifth stay and it’s just as good each and every time. The changes to the cottage only improve the already great views out the back and they, along with the decor, have obviously been carried out with great thought and care. I don’t really have a bad word to say. Although my only complaint is that with each visit to this cottage, the village and the area, makes it harder and harder to return south and settle back down into everyday life. We’re already dreaming of our next visit”.

Past Customer,

Always thought Yorkshire was “Gods Own County”, but this first visit to Northumberland we have been “blown away” by its stunning beauty, made even better by staying in this lovely cottage. Warm, well equipped, home from home. Much appreciated the welcoming touches. Wonderful holiday!

Past Customer,

Newly upgraded cottage with stylish but cosy interior ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our second stay just as much as the first. Different holiday due to wet weather but with log burner and monopoly it kept us and 2 kids going! Such a perfect spot in Beadnell village near beach, pub, shop and cafe. Comfy beds, good showers, spotlessly clean and a kitchen better than my own! I reckon we could be on for a hat trick stay at Alexandra Cottage! P.s the outside space would be ideal for reading your book with a coffee in the sun. If the sun put in an appearance!
