Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty Muggleswick is a purpose built, modern two bedroom lodge with stunning westerly views of Muggleswick Moor and the Derwent Reservoir. Ideal for couples or families who enjoy embracing the outdoor life, perfectly positioned to watch the Red Kites soaring above the valley while the sun is setting. A stones’s throw from the local pub, five minute drive to Slaley International golf course and a ten minute drive to shops and eateries in the pretty village of Corbridge.

With underfloor heating throughout, Muggleswick has a cosy modern double bedroom with a further second bedroom that is offered as double or as two small singles. There is a modern, large open plan lounge/diner with a gabled floor to ceiling window, comprising of reclining chairs and a smart TV. A glazed door leads to an outdoor decking area with a large lawn, offering stunning views stunning views of the valley as well as a hot tub. There is also a communal meadow, convenient for dog walking.

Spacious living area  with comfortable reclining seating, Smart TV, dining table, underfloor heating, glazed door with access to outside deck and garden.

Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer box microwave, dishwasher. Access to communal fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer on site. 

Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes, hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 zip and link double that can be divided to make two small singles.

Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

Outside: West facing enclosed decking and private lawn. Stunning views towards Muggleswick, Stanhope, Edmundbyers and Blanchland Moors a UNESCO geopark and dark skies park set within an area of outstanding natural beauty. A hard sided hot tub is also available.

Parking: Private off road parking for up to 2 cars.

Heating: Underfloor gas central heating

Also provided: Wifi. Linen and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available on request. 

Pets: Two small to medium well behaved dogs are welcome @£25 per week or part thereof. Please note, dogs are not to be left unattended in the property.
