"The property was much larger than expected and extremely well fitted out. The sitting room was comfortable with an excellent Samsung television and comfy seating. The kitchen had every utensil needed and the conservatory was a lovely sitting/dining area. We loved the shower, with a choice of hand-held or drench showering. The garden was ideal for our greyhound Lizzie as it was completely enclosed, so we could leave the patio doors open for her to roam at will. The bedroom was good, with a comfy bed. There were plenty of towels and other items such as hand soap and washing up liquid. The cottage is an ideal location for exploring the nearby attractions as well as venturing into Scotland. We wished we’d booked for two weeks, so we booked another week in September as soon as we arrived back at home. In summary Coomb’s cottage is a perfect place for a holiday with a dog! Stay Northumberland Limited was very helpful, both with their online booking service and the response to a couple of telephone queries. Highly recommended!"
