"Thank you for such a lovely cottage - we have stayed in six different ones this year, and this one is by far the best! It's spacious rooms and comfortable furniture made it feel like home from home and we very much hope to come back one day! Sincere thanks for all the lovely "goodies" awaiting us on our arrival, an extra special touch, so thoughtful we only wished we were staying longer to be able to enjoy them all! "

"We recently stayed at Aidanfield Cottage for 3 nights, and found it to be extremely comfortable, clean, with everything in the kitchen you could need. It is very easy to find, just off the A1, (which you couldn't hear) and is well placed for local sightseeing. Also lots of good pubs nearby for food. It's a spacious studio living/bedroom area, with a comfy settee and 2 armchairs, and lots of storage/hanging space. There is a bathroom with bath and shower over, and a roomy kitchen diner, which is due to be updated anytime. More than enough cooking utensils, pans, crockery & cutlery, for whatever you need to do. Also a fridge/freezer. There is a selection of books, games & jigsaws for rainy days, plus a hairdryer and clothes airer, and ironing board. Also has Wifi. We will definitely be back, and would recommend. "
